Where are the mattress & pillows made?

The mattress & pillows are Made in the USA at our factory in Wharton NJ!

What kind of base is compatible with the mattress?

The mattress is optimal with solid bed frames - you can opt for a solid base, solid platform, or a board on a box spring.

The bed is also compatible with an adjustable bed frame.

How much weight can the mattress support?

The SleepOvation mattress will continue to be supportive for individuals that weigh a maximum 350lbs.

What is the firmness level of the Kiwi Sleep mattress?

It’s difficult to compare our mattress to the traditional firmness standards of other mattresses simply because nothing like the 700 tiny mattresses exist. In almost every occasion, one comfort level does not fit all – but that’s very relative to the kind of mattress you’re looking at.

The Kiwi Sleep mattress is meant to relieve back-pain and correct your sleeping posture, it does feel on the firmer side but not because the mattress itself is firm - but because it’s correcting your spine. It’s actually a very comfortable plush mattress, but someone who suffers from severe back pain, will feel the mattress to be much stiffer than someone with a healthy spine.

This mattress is the perfect combination between comfort and healthy support for spinal alignment. The overall feel will be different for everyone, every single cushion will react depending on individual weight and size. The softness/firmness will vary by person, because that’s the beauty of this invention.

A 250 lbs. individual and a 160 lbs. individual will never feel the same exact comfort - because of the weight displacement, the heavier individual will sink more into the cushions and rely more on the support of the inner springs than the lighter individual would. A lighter person will feel more of the softness from the individual cushions and the plush cover yet still benefit from the support.

We proudly ship the Kiwi Sleep mattress and pillows to all customers in the United States and Canada.

We plan to expand internationally in the coming months!

Please note: Our 100 Night Guarantee and 10 Year Limited Mattress Warranty and 1 Year Limited Pillow Warranty are voided once the mattress leaves the country of purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Mattress shipping is 100% free within the contiguous United States and $180 to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Pillow shipping costs are included in the price of the pillow. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada have additional pillow shipping costs.

What is a 100-night sleep trial?

Typically you go to your local mattress store, sit on one for 10 minutes and decide it's the right mattress for you.

We believe you won't know if a mattress is a perfect fit until you have slept on it for a couple weeks.

We offer the 100-Night Trial to specifically address this issue. If the mattress doesn't turn out to be the right fit for you within the first 100 nights, we'll arrange for the mattress to be removed from your home and provide a full refund. View our full Return policy HERE.

How does the 10-year limited mattress warranty work?

Your Kiwi Sleep mattress is covered by a 10 Year Limited Warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress determined to have a defect, and there’s no deductible.
