We take a 3" piece of high density hybrid foam optimized for our technology and cut out a 2 ¼” x 2 ¼” rectangular cylinder. This becomes the cushion element ofour patented "Cushion Pocket Spring".

We then attach the Cushion Pocket to a .078" high carbon steel pocketed coil spring to create our patented "Cushion Pocket Spring", better known as the "Tiny Mattress".

Finally, we combine roughly 700 of these "Tiny Mattresses" to create a mattress that reacts independently to personal weight and size.
